HOW WE WORK
ASRF serves as the community-driven organization that raises awareness, builds partnerships, secures funding, and expands access to soil recovery resources.
The Fund is fiscally sponsored by Charity On Top, a Pasadena-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides administrative oversight, compliance, and charitable management.
To help implement soil testing, biological treatment, education, and recovery programs, ASRF works with experienced environmental professionals and technical partners, including 301 Organics, whose expertise in post-fire soil recovery supports the Fund's mission throughout Altadena.
Together, this collaborative model allows ASRF to focus on helping residents access science-based solutions while ensuring donated resources are used effectively and responsibly.
TRANSPARENCY & DISCLOSURE
301 Organics serves as ASRF's preferred technical partner and project manager for soil testing, biological soil treatment, compost production, education, and recovery services.
Their scientific expertise, local infrastructure, and extensive experience working throughout the Eaton Fire burn area provide specialized capabilities that support the Fund's mission.
ASRF remains responsible for fundraising, community engagement, education, outreach, and expanding access to recovery resources, while technical partners help implement science-based soil recovery programs that serve the community.
